Is there a better trading interface to the Layer 2 Hive tokens than Hive-Engine?

While I'm currently wiped due to life events being, well, eventful, I do hope to rebuild my "stack" and my account here.

Part of how I initially did that was through trading. There were some that said I didn't know what I was doing, but I did spend a lot of time researching and tried to learn properly. And most importantly, I made money. Quite a bit compared to how much I invested.

I also have a bit elsewhere in a wallet that's in cold storage that I will have to access. So hopefully that will help to rebuild my holdings in addition to posting and fiat.

But after my desperate liquidation of holdings the other day to pay a bill, I began to wonder if the layer 2 market here on Hive can be used to trade. I can put buy and sell orders in Hive-Engine but the interface is lacking.

As far as trading interfaces go, it's not half bad. It conforms to well established norms among trading sites. Defaults to a candlestick chart, which is generally easier to trade off of for most. Also has Depth and Volume options. Hourly or Daily candles, but no Weekly or Monthly. Has the basics, but no ability to go back in time to see the historical prices. And no ability to click a position on the chart and auto-fill the forms. And no ability to page through the order book and see where people have put orders to establish resistance lines.

So any order outside of the visible order book is flying blind and manually entered.

Kinda sucks, because I wouldn't mind trading a few coins here directly without sending anything to my trading account.

Anyone know if there's a more advanced interface to the Layer 2 coins on Hive?

HiveEngine is deprecated.
TribalDex is the official site IIRC.

Also I need to point out that liquidity on the orderbooks is typically quite bad except in the case of Splinterlands assets. Most of the time it's smarter to use the AMM swap feature as the liquidity pools are much deeper. Then again the only tokens I've bought are LEO & ZING so I can't speak to other projects.

The low liquidity is part of why I want to trade a bit on here.
Less liquidity means the price can fluctuate quite substantially.
Perhaps there's a chance I could have an order set at a particular price and end up with a mountain of coin due to a whale buying/selling.
But it might not work out that way at all.

I had heard mention of Tribal DEX but I didn't know it was a Layer 2 Hive based site.

It seems to have almost the same issues as Hive Engine in regards to the interface though.

But I also can't figure out how to zoom out, only in.

In addition to my previous comment everyone should know about beeswap.

Wrapping Hive >> SWAP.HIVE from this interface typically allows you to farm a couple tokens rather than being charged a 0.75% fee for creating new ones. It will pay the user for helping correct imbalances and usually the imbalance is an outflow of Hive.

This has nothing to do with HE but it's the HIVE/HBD internal market I use.

This is exactly what I was looking for!
