The current world is chaotic, and I feel like people are too stressed and depressed nowadays. Most people, I guess, nowadays don't think about their own peace, and have almost forgotten about it.
If more people in the world prioritise peace both internally and externally,I genuinely believe that the world will feel much more lighter, conversation, relationship, friendships, and all will be healthier.
