It amazes me how people cope in dirty environments because it just makes zero sense to me. A lot of people know the consequences of staying in places like that and yet, they won't make a move to do the needful.

Let’s just say some of them choose to ignore the red flag until they become sick before they realize that staying in a dirty environment is no doing them any good
