RE: THE PROBLEM ISNT JUST POLLUTION, ITS ACCOUNTABILITY

It is the moral responsibility of every individual not to scatter any kind of trash in their surroundings, as this poses a threat to the well-being of society. In my view, the individual bears the greatest accountability, and it is that accountability which truly matters.
