I detest performing oral presentations, never liked them, and I made plenty of mistakes in each of them up to my college days. It is an important skill in those who develop a talent for it.

I totally understand you and it's valid. Not everyone does great with oral presentations and if the desire isn't there to level up on that, it's best to keep doing that which your strength finds. I still have some hiccups presenting but it's been better and I'm glad I at least faced that fear.
