Here it is USD -> USDT -> HIVE via Binance, fairly easy, as I just discovered a couple of months ago. That's only HIVE, though. For SPS, it's four steps more. HIVE to the HIVE chain, then HIVE to Swap.Hive, the Swap.Hive to SPS, then transfer ingame. To be very precise on the steps.
