Would it be ok for an organization to ask for your social media account before they employ you? That is, they want to see what you have been up to on your social media, is that ok?

These day, it is a requirement. Though not for all kinds of jobs. The employer in this dispensation is caught in the web of a high competition hence the need to employ the best and capable hands to drive profitability.
