This was an interesting story. The part about your neighbour intentionally losing his lighter really caught my attention because it shows how badly he wanted to quit even if the method didn't work. Wanting to stop and actually being able to stop are two very different things.

I just thought if he had seek more help, maybe he might have been able to stop. Addiction Is so power then how we were it
