In the King's perspective, the advance in technology has been a series of incremental programming....
- Apple Iphone: Battery issue, upgrade till phone obsolete, headphones (free) w/ jack built-in to bluetooth (Buy).
a. Android/IOS: Everyone has to consent to comply to thier rules, laws, etc. Don't consent, not allowed to download program and/or use the device.
Social Media, all platforms, (Free) at what cost? Gave up all personal privacy and browsing habits so large companies capatalized, (Free Consent of the people) Don't consent, not allowed to use the platform.
In the United States, the SSN was NEVER supposed to be used as an Identification. Try getting a credit card, home loan, etc., without it.
The point is this, in the beginning, the use of the internet was considered, "Free," it is no longer, "Free". It is, "buyer beware." The issue is that most people of the world don't consider the concept of, "Free." TANSTAFL. There aint no such thing as a free lunch.
What the world's population thought was, "Free" has become a "Consential" giveway of our identities, our buying habits, our daily habits, likes, friends, family, etc for the, "Use" of these platforms/technology.
Incremental programming from, "Free" to "pay to play" for any and all platforms.
In the early days, it was google switching up their, "algorythms."
Nothing has changed, now large scale corporations, governments, etc have data mined the world's population and we have gone from, "Free," to pay to play. All the data mining has been weaponized against Men, Women, and children.
And moving forward into the future, "alleged upgrades" are really a restructering of, "the business plan," to increase the bottom line. Wether its a coroporation increasing shareholder profit and/or governments tightening the noose on personal freedom.
