The government imposing high prices for the harmful drugs are good because they may not be able to afford them and there is a label written on cigarettes label, that all youths smoking are liable to die. They don't care if they will die the next minute.

Yea, even with such threatening labels, they still go ahead smoking. That shows how addicted a lot of people have gone into stuff like this without knowing it's harming their health.
