The idea comes and goes but sometimes I've been thinking a lot about population and how it will change over time, and the figures suggest that by 2050 there will be 9 billion people on Earth, which is pretty scary when you think about it. We will have to produce 70% more food just to feed everyone, and that's assuming we don't destroy any more farmland.

Exactly, I keep thinking about how much time is left before we reach a collapse. Food is just one of the resources, imagine this on a larger scale with clean water, energy, medications, etc.
