Yes, the future belongs to God. Most of the time, we make decisions and map the results, but it doesn't turn out the way we wanted because there is another super being controlling our lives. The scripture says: "The thought he has for us is of good not of evil, but to give us an expected end". We should also allow God to influence our decisions.
