RE: The costs of being a loyal customer

I think it's not just limited to Switzerland.. Somehow in the business world, they always throw freebies to attract new customers, and the existing ones are taken for granted to some extent. Sometimes it could be better to cancel and move on to become another service provider's "new customer". Hehe!
