Omo, the legal proceedings is a problem. However, surrogacy is a very welcome option. I'd rather a person do that than remain without children. However, the gestational one is a no for me.

Yes, rather than someone to be without children, surrogacy is an option for them. Also, I wouldn't even opt for any type of surrogacy.
