We all take risk on a daily basis, while some goes our way, others don't like your case with the online vendors who fail to deliver completely as promised.
I hope you get a good deal to help you recover the loss money.

I am too scared to try again, except I go myself to purchase items. I don't think I would be doing any online business again.
