RE: That moment you have to said I am sorry first even though you was the one being hurt.

A situation where you must take the imitative to de-escalate the situation before things can grow worse. Even the children can sense the tension, their world appearing to change before their eyes. They are watching.

"Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." 1 Corinthians 13: 4 - 7

You are completely right. The Bible passage you added summarize everything.

Thank you

When the Apostle Paul wrote this passage using the Greek word 'agape' meaning sacrificial Love. Not 'phileo' as in brotherly love, or "eros' as in sexual love but Agape. So even if we don't feel like loving our spouse we choose to love despite how we feel at that heated moment. We humble ourselves in that so lay the opportunity to resolve the issue immediately rather than let it fester and accumulate in your relationship.
