Ouch bro. That is much higher than I would have guessed. I missed out on the owning a home thing once I decided to live abroad but sometimes I feel like I dodged a bullet with this happy little accident.

As far as crypto is concerned I worry almost every day because I banked quite a lot of my total life savings on it. I keep waiting for the turn, as I am sure you do as well.
