Sorry to hear about house repair bills. I'm not surprised to hear about roof prices. My dad recently hired someone to reroof his house and he shares that insane cost with me. Not only that, but said the service has been considerably less than expected, and much less than the insane cost should provide.
Yeah... crypto. Whew. I think saying "hope is a dangerous thing" is good here.

I'm waiting to get a couple more quotes now. I just think it's the smart thing to do for that kind of money. I've also been investigating a home equity loan as those interest rates are much better.
