It is not a fake giveaway or vote scheme. No one has ever been required to upvote or share the post to enter or win. All prizes have been distributed and a random comment picker used. Upvotes have never been and never will be a requirement to enter or win. Giveaways are not against Hive's TOS but it seem you in fact may be.

You are using this service in a way that does in fact " disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our Services"

Saying that I am running a "fake" giveaway and accusing me of "vote trading" when the evidence says I am not doing these things is considered libel and defamation in many jurisdictions. This conversation is over. Have the day you deserve.
