Sw4p Support Tickets

The Sw4p service is intended for my own use. However, if you have sent tokens and encountered an issue, submit a support ticket by writing a comment below this post.

How it works

Swap HBD for SWAP.HBD or vice versa by sending any amount to @sw4p without memo to automatically receive the converted tokens.
In the event of a lack of liquidity, the entire amount is refunded. Check @sw4p balance before sending.

Before submitting a ticket, read on

If you received nothing and you were not refunded:
Wait. Typical delay is less than 5 minutes. The service relies on public API nodes, outages of which could delay processing.
After waiting several hours, submit a ticket.

If you received less than expected:
There is a 0.4% fee. When converting a small amount to HBD, the actual fee may be slightly higher due to rounding.

If you received the wrong amount:
Please submit a ticket immediately.

Allow 1 or 2 days for ticket processing.
