RE: Strategy sold 32 Bitcoin without need? Is this price manipulation? When Bottom?

It does feel like manipulation, its almost like even though Saylor have always said the "4 year cycle is over" like now he and others want the same cycle to repeat, if BTC drops bellow $60k I dont see why it can not touch $45 a few times before new bull market begins, I rarely talk about price and Im no expert or want to be but it does look like manipulation every bit of it, thx for sharing ✌️
