I would like to share with you all little bit of my Splinterlands history and little code project for Splinterlands. As you can see this is my first post so ...
Started Splinterlands as many of us little bit later than I would love to :D
I pushed my account into Bronze and slowly tried to push to Silver. When I thought that I know it all I created extra account and few weeks later second one.
Working with 3 accounts become quite unsustainable and I start looking if I can free some of my time and started to look for bot to help play when I don't have time on my hands.
Taking care of and checking 3 accounts become harder and harder :D
I know that lot of people don't really like bots, but I mainly use my secondary accounts to help power up my main account. So that I have a chance to compete in higher league.
I also don't like bots that check other people cards. I was really happy when I become part of Apha users of Archmage bot that use only optimized card selection rather than checking opponent history :D (thanks guys)
For small account users I'm sure you all know when your rented card, that you need for either better play or power limit, get cancelled or expire.
That's when I start looking into creating little code project for fun to highlight quickly items that need to be fixed and that can send me warning message.
"Splinter Check" is windows based simple app that check few items in the background and it can send a WhatsApp message to your phone when there is an issue.
This App is really in a baby stage but already helped me with my 3 accounts.
Implementation in other warning (Quest missing over 24 hours, Rating close to drop, Rental expiring or cancel calculation, .... )
Please let me know in comments:
š I'm going to polish the code little bit and will share on GitHub (for public virus check :D ) most likely sometime next week with new post on how to use the app š
Hello sir, I am going to make you a suggestion. If you put the hive-engine token on all your posts, I'll upvote it, if I see you stop putting it, then I'll stop. I hope you don't miss this opportunity.
I await your reply

Getting started on hive can be super hard on these social platforms šŖ but luckily there is some communities that help support the little guy š, you might like school of minnows, we join forces with lots of other small accounts to help each other grow!
Finally a good curation trail that helps its users achieve rapid growth, its fun on a bun! check it out. https://hive.blog/schoolofminnows/@schoolofminnows/someeznz9em3ap
