I voted for the proposal. But as you said, it might be better to set the rental period of 14 days instead of doing it just for the actual season. But on the other side I think right now more people rent cards at the end of the season and not at the start, because it only matters your rating at the end of the season. And that’s why everyone is trying to climb as high as they can at the end of the season.

even if that happens, people will still try to rent it at a particular time of the season causing the rent prices to shoot up, and fall sharply later on. But it's just my wild speculation, let's see what happens when the update goes live.
