The lack of updates sounds terrible. That is the way most games die, and I am a bit surprised to hear that the Splinterlands team is not trying to address anything. The prices of packs has dropped quite a bit, and I don't blame you for not buying more. Do you plan on just holding the rest of the packs or sell them off while locking in the loss?

I am way down on my purchase cost of packs so will likely keep them until the very end. Hoping maybe Splinterlands would address this down the road and have some form of buy back or compensation.
