Silence is not my best friend; I have learnt that what we do not say kills us, eats away at us from the inside and turns into illness. Most of the time I face up to situations; it is very difficult for me to remain silent in the face of abuse and injustice.

I also said the same thing. Depending on situation it can be the best answer but at the same time it can be a weakness also.
