RE: Shhhh || A Quiet Place

There are very few modern films I've seen, and even the horror genre is a rare one. This is one of the exceptional cases, in my opinion, that was worth the effort. This modern take on a post-apocalyptic world infested with sound-sensitive creatures is quite appealing, as is the way it develops the plot with a family in the middle. The way he conveys every feeling, emotion, tension, and surprise is mesmerizing and quickly leaves you breathless. There are very few thriller films that have given me that feeling from the very beginning. And speaking of the beginning, it's hard to forget this movie with its introduction; its first five minutes are some of the best I've seen in the world of cinema.
