Epstein (with cameras conveniently turned off) apparently also committed suicide. Those accused of collaborating with him, besides Ghislaine Maxwell, remain unpunished. Basically, his death covered up the entire cesspool of the network Epstein ran, so in this particular case, I do support the conspiracy theories that he was killed to cover everything up.
