Historically, society are known to be reactive , a sudden uproar after the news of a femicide. Most often the root problem is not addressed. This pattern keeps repeating and society reacts the same way. To combat this, society must address certain norms and belief on the female gender. Female should also notice red flags when dealing with partners and family members. Such red flags can be;
And for perpetrators, laws should be made that punish offenders with fatal judgement.
On the other hand, society and the community should address laws that favour a single gender while sidelining the other, the female gender should also be an important pillar in the society, Orientation should be given on signs to notice and the kind of relationship to avoid.
