No matter how corrupt the institutions are, I don't think they can overcome the sheer will of the people.

First, everyone eligible to vote needs to have their card ready and come out to vote. It's not just enough voting, there is also the need to stay and defend votes otherwise the votes could be hijacked.

I think when the people come out in massive number, no corrupt government can withstand it.
