RE: Important Announcement Regarding The Future of Rising Star

I have played many crypto games just like many others from 2021 and that time they promised the future of games on a blockchain. Sadly started from last year I had to leave a lot of them behind, because the leader of the projects left or shut down their projects.

My only two games left (which I play daily) is GO and Rising Star and within the last two months I learned that these two games is shutting down soon as well... This is really sad and gives me the real feeling that HIVE is indeed dying. It is sad to see you go as well and I think my experience from the last few years will make me stay away from blockchain games and not because I lost money with them (more or less I made profit on them), but because not many people understands them and know about them, so it is hard to get new audience. Plus big companies are not even trying to use the blockchain, which is also pretty sad.

Anyhow thanks for everything; it was a good journey and wish you a good luck in life and in your future projects! 😇

It's not actually shutting down but rather changing to new hands who can breath new life into the project as I am unable to dedicate the time that is required any more.
It is indeed true that it is very hard to make blockchain games profitable without a steady stream of new players and we have not seen that happen via HIVE for some time.
