Would love some smoked whitefish or trout. Not sure ever had any before, but it sounds delicious. Yep, you will need that beanie before long. Was just looking at my long pajamas in the closet yesterday. Thought to myself that it won't be long I will be breaking them out again.

Oh man, it is so good. Definitely worth it if you get the chance. Imagine smoked salmon, but instead it's a meaty tender mild white fish. You might even be able to get it delivered.
Might look into it.
