A considerable number of reality shows have been criticized for being fake, for featuring staged performances. The same problem exists on social media, which portrays people and lives that are materially perfect, successful, and excessively fortunate—an almost unattainable vision.
It's true that one should aim for goals that serve as a moral compass and a path to success in life, but what is presented as a goal for people doesn't always have good values or is unrealistic in terms of achieving it as proposed.
It's a complicated situation to explain to young people and children who grow up consuming this content.
