That's one of the cons of reading with a device. With a book, you could finish in one day, but not so much with a device, because if the battery does not run low, Instagram will tell you to come see a particular video, lol.

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp... These platforms would keep distracting me. My only solution to this is doing visual studying. Once I join a lecture on YouTube, my attention would be centered on what I'm learning.
Other than when I'm reading through a PDF, Nkechi and Obinna would send messages and I'd rush to reply. Haha
