I'm very thankful to her that she always supports me but there were times that we will fight because of misunderstanding. If we don't vent it out, that would be the case on dying on silence with some hatred towards them.

Exactly, it's normal in every relationship to have misunderstanding. You can even have misunderstanding over something very minor only for you to realize later that it wasn't supposed to be.
I think every relationship is meant to have misunderstanding and quarrels but not the one that will lead to beating
