These cities have belonged to Spain since the Middle Ages and have been settled by Spaniards ever since. Well, strictly speaking, they belonged to Portugal for the first hundred years. At that time, parts of Spain were still inhabited by Muslims.
Woke governments like Spain's don't believe in borders or the rights of the ethnically indigeneous inhabitants. What happens when these beliefs hit the reality of mass invasion of military age males?

Actually the Governor of Ceuta has challenged the spin of the Spanish Government and says there are still up to 15,000 still there.
I'm also seeing latest reporting from independent media on location (not MSM parroting government propaganda) that there are still huge numbers in Ceuta.
