Befürchte, dass man für VPN bald auch so eine ID Überprüfung braucht.

Ja, das habe ich aus deinem Beitrag herausgelesen. Zur Umgehung dessen sollte ein VPN-Download - und wenn nötig auch die anschließende Installation - über Tor gut sein, um den EU-Bezug vollständig auszuschalten.
