I am amassing sufficient HBD, so be reaching enough soon to make the vial purchase.
For the wind turbine, I am also building up bit by bit. And whether to get building, the moment my unemployment increase, I will do my purchase of a wind turbine to ensure it is balanced once again.

I picked up 3 more Wind Turbines , bring me to 13 now, but I overshot a little and now need two more workers. I bought a couple of Priests as they were the cheapest ASK and they give a tax refund
