RE: Rewarding meaningful comments with @topcomment

i wonder if Snaps, Waves & Threads are eligible for votes too as they are comments on the container post.

I don't have precise guidelines yet, but as I can see now every comment can be nominated for an upvote. Although there is a limit (for instance a character limit) for a microbloggins comments. But I can also give bigger or smaller upvotes (at least, for now I can't with my stake, but I hope in the future I will).
