Those are definitely fungus gnats – they're really annoying.
Try nematodes, which are tiny threadworms ( Steinernema feltiae) that you mix into your watering can. They don't harm your plants at all and eat the larvae, interrupting their life cycle. It only takes a few days and requires very little effort.

It can be really frustrating when these flies are already visible. 😵
