That's a lot of vegan chili! I guess the vegan lifestyle has caught on down there in Ecuador as well! It's good of you to support them, back to school is tough on all parents. Especially with limited incomes!

Mostly it's younger expats who follow that lifestyle. But from time to time I meet someone local as well, who are always very happy to find a great vegan burger at my "ex" restaurant :-)
