RE: #Slothysavers Week 6: My Hive Goals and Weekly Progress Report.

Publish0x is the only platform I know of that is honest/decent. Blurt (as far as I know) did not import STEEM and started from scratch, so it too might be honest/decent, although it likely suffers from inflation (which isn't so bad since everyone suffers equally when there is no massive pre-mine involved). I don't know much about Blurt, so can't really say much about it.

As for delegations: I think it helps to choose 1 place to delegate to and stick to that in order to maximize your return. Small delegations likely return proportionately small returns. You would need to examine your own statistics to determine what kind of returns you actually get.

Actually, you’re right about Publish0x. It’s an honest and fair platform, but it’s not a blockchain like Hive or Steem. I don’t know much about Blurt or Steem in detail, but generally, any platform with its own token and blockchain creates new tokens regularly, which leads to inflation. However, that inflation is part of the reward system and works well as long as the ecosystem keeps growing.

Yes, delegating more resources to an account based on your preferred type of returns is a decent strategy. At least you can still earn some benefits while coexisting with the whales. 😀
