I do have to say that I bought some Chaos packs at 80 cents and thought "how could they go any lower?"

I had the same thought process. I know there is an a big supply on the secondary market but $0.40 is surprising. I'm tempting to buy up but I'll see what the removal of CL from modern does to the trade value before making any decisions.
