A quit because I expected more from my partners, more passion, more time and bandwidth, and at the same time I couldn't see handling such business myself.

Wow! I have felt very similar when I was running my first company, with 1 business partner! I was expecting more, which wasn't the main reason for breaking the partnership, as I could live with that... But the problem was that my business partner "felt" the pressure on his skin, which he couldn't bear... So, in a nutshell, he quit... 😃 But, I do accept my fault... As I was pushing way too hard, with a tempo that he couldn't follow, and which I couldn't follow either for a longer time...

Anyways, sometimes I'm too hard on myself... Like in that example... It wasn't ONLY my fault, but when you "break" a couple of partnerships in a row, you start to doubt... 😂
