I can totally understand people leave it at the roadside in your country, not picking it up but still I don't understand why people throw it away in the first place.
the 15 cent/can was made because not people wouldn't throw the cans away (but they still do) but now at least people have an incentive to pick them up, I'm not the only one doing this, on average this gets me about $12 USD every month I buy Splinterlands SPS with.
