No, I am well. It has been a long time since I last had a cold… what I experienced was a stomach upset, likely due to the water or food that was not properly refrigerated, owing to the power cuts.
What I wanted to say is that all that training you’re doing on the static bike is really good and is indeed helping you a lot with endurance and speed. Be careful with the speed… 😂 You’re glued to the podium.
