It's a pleasure to help you with resource credits. That's what you noticed decreased and then increased when I transferred it to you.
It's not the same as Hive Power. You can earn that HP as you grow on the platform.
Resource credits are what allow you to perform actions like comments, votes, reblogs, and posts.
Then you'll see that the more HP you have, the more resource credits you'll receive.
