RE: MY APPROACH TO MAKING DECISIONS

You have quite an interesting way of decision making and I commend you for that. Well, I always like considering others when I’m making my decisions because what ever my decisions are, it will affect them either directly or indirectly and that is who I am. I don’t really do that to get validation from them, I do that because that’s how I get validation from myself.

I’m concerned about doing the right things, that’s why I invest so much into learning, I want and need to get it right.
