You just gave be a full post as a reply, that is so fine. Working by their side is so nice because a lot have changed but that does not so stop us from reflecting on the old to bring improvement because if their is no old there can't be the new.

They are in a more smart age so the quest to get details so fast is there, this why I am of the opinion to give a child exposure as he grows from home or else the society will do which may contradict with what our values are.
