I've been quite selective with choosing DHF projects too. I think it's a good thing to do.
I don't see a problem in extracting some rewards every now and then, but extracting all incoming rewards is not a good thing.
Although I prefer manual curation, I do understand people use auto-voters.
I use it as well for a part of my stake.
So I do like your idea of customizable auto-voters. I actually only know Hive.vote and the autovote option in PeakD. With all the developers and AI someone must be able to build a better auto-upvoter tool.
Yep, I use Rafiki Vote, which is very similar to Hive.vote but works with Keychain and has a more modern UI. Time is my biggest constraint, so auto-voting means I can still curate on days when real life is crazy. But I still make a point of scanning through the posts and reading / commenting on interesting ones as well as going out looking for interesting new content 🙂
