Hahaha..I know.🤩 The crocheted curtains, chair covers, center pieces, and table runners of my great-grandma and grandma are still kept in my mother's trunk, together with her and my aunt's needlework, and are still intact. You can imagine that some are centuries and decades old. You know why? Because they used the silver hooks, which made the needlework strong, and the threads that they used in their era were also thick and firm. My mom takes them out of her trunk and washes them to prevent crocheted items from turning yellow.
